Water Valley Painting Contractor
Water Valley is Windsor's flagship master-planned community and one of our highest-volume repaint neighborhoods in Northern Colorado. Most homes are now 10–20 years old, built by production and semi-custom builders, and hitting their first serious exterior repaint. The mix of lakefront exposure and open Windsor plains means wind and UV do heavy damage on south and west elevations.

Two-story lakefront · Ranch · Custom estate
Water Valley is moving to modern farmhouse palettes: Pure White or Alabaster bodies with Urbane Bronze or Tricorn Black trim and garage doors. Original tans and taupes are being replaced at a steady clip.
We prep the HOA packet, spec the coatings, and stand behind the job for 5 years.

LP SmartSide and Hardie board dominate, with stucco on many estate homes. Lakefront homes take the worst UV and wind exposure — we back-brush every exterior coat on those elevations rather than spray-and-run. Sherwin-Williams Duration or Emerald is our default spec here.
Water Valley HOA color approval
Water Valley HOA maintains an approved-color palette with distinct sub-neighborhood restrictions. Color changes require ARC submission with 2–3 week turnaround. Boat dock and shed painting counts as separate approvals.
