RainDance Painting Contractor
RainDance is Windsor's newest master-planned community, and while most homes are under 8 years old, we're already seeing significant demand — mainly from owners doing color changes, correcting builder shortcuts, and adding premium interior repaints. This is a market for careful, in-warranty work: touching up builder-grade paint with premium products and locking in a 10+ year warranty before real failure starts.
2018–present
Modern farmhouse · Contemporary craftsman · Two-story production
RainDance is essentially the modern-farmhouse playbook: Pure White, Alabaster, or Snowbound bodies with Tricorn Black, Iron Ore, or Urbane Bronze trim. Interior palettes favor Agreeable Gray or Drift of Mist walls with Swiss Coffee ceilings and trim.
We prep the HOA packet, spec the coatings, and stand behind the job for 5 years.
Request estimatePainting profile for RainDance
Mostly LP SmartSide with stucco or shake accents, painted in modern-farmhouse palettes (whites, greys, blacks). Builder paint is typically SuperPaint or equivalent — fine for now, but we're seeing chalking already on year-5 south elevations. Upgrading to Duration or Emerald doubles remaining life.
RainDance HOA color approval
RainDance HOA has a strict architectural review with a defined modern-farmhouse color palette. Deviations require full ARC review (4–6 weeks). Most color changes stay inside the approved palette and clear in 2–3 weeks.
